Upon arrival, please call 347-943-2171 once you’ve reached the main entrance of the Cargo Center. A valet agent will promptly meet you, drop you off directly at your terminal, and then safely park your vehicle at Park For U’s lot.
For your peace of mind, we kindly ask that all customers take clear, time-stamped photos of their vehicle before handing it over to the valet agent. Please note that we do not record odometer readings or retain vehicle photos. In the event of a claim, these photos will be required as part of the documentation.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
