Upon arrival at EVODS, customers are greeted by on-site valet staff for a smooth and efficient check-in experience. Customers pull into the designated drop-off area where a valet attendant confirms the reservation details (name and booking information).
The vehicle is inspected, and any relevant details are noted. The customer hands over the keys to the valet, and the valet securely parks the vehicle on-site.
Transfer
Shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 minutes, on the hour and half hour. Customers are then directed to the shuttle pick-up area for prompt transportation to the airport. The entire process is designed to be quick, seamless, and customer-friendly, minimizing wait times and ensuring a stress-free start to the journey.
Return
Upon collecting your luggage, please proceed to the shuttle pick up at location 3B. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the hotel at the top of the hour.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
