No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

I am very please with the service and competative rate. I called the shuttle driver when my flight landed at MIA, and when i exited the airport at Departure Door 8, he was there waiting. You will surely get the level of service as advertise. This is my first time but I will definately use the service again and refer to my friends and Family if they ever need to park their vehicle and go on vacation.
