Upon your arrival, please present your parking reservation at the hotel front desk to receive a validation code. You will then be asked to register your vehicle by scanning the QR code provided at the front desk.
All vehicles must be properly registered, which includes submitting your license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure, so please ensure you arrive at the parking location before this 2-hour window.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes between 3:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
For departures from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM, the shuttle service is available on call.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 503-256-5000 to request your return shuttle service. Airport pickup service is available on call 24/7.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

This is the second time we've used Book2park, very easy to use and I feel confident of their services. Also pretty inexpensive compared to the other parking companies near PDX and if you book ahead of time, they always have a parking spot for you.
