Book with us and get the peace of mind you deserve! We are conveniently located off of State Highway 71 (Ben White Blvd) service road only a few minutes from the Austin Airport. Our shuttle operates from 7am to 3pm to the main terminal. Drop offs are 30 minutes on the hour and half hour and pick ups from the airport are on demand during our shuttle hours. We may use Uber from time to time for shuttle service. Our Address is provided on your confirmation page.
In order to be picked up during our shuttle hours please call the hotel and let us know that you are ready to be picked up after you have received your luggage. All shuttle pick-ups are from the Hotel shuttle pick up area located on the second level near the end of the main terminal.
Parking Instructions: Please park in any open "numbered" parking spot that faces the service road and visit the hotel front desk to check in and provide your parking spot number. Maximum number of bags per reservation is 4; Maximum number of people per reservation is 4. Reservation is for one vehicle that can fit into a standard parking space.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
Great parking spot. Shuttle hours are limited

Atwell suites by IHG is super clean and looks very classy. Parking spot were reserved for park and fly customers and shuttle driver was readily available to drop us at the airport. However on our return we found out that the shuttle service stops by 5PM, while we arrived at 10PM. Please update the website to reflect the correct shuttle hours to avoid this hassle. We had to get an uber to the hotel to pick our car.
