Please park in front of the office and head inside to present your reservation receipt (printed or on your smartphone) to a Globe team member.
Kindly note that three shuttles operate to ensure fast and convenient drop-off and pick-up service for all customers.
Upon your return, call (412) 264-4373 after collecting your luggage to arrange pick-up at Door 8 on the Ground Transportation side of baggage claim. You may also text the link provided at check-in to request a shuttle.
Be sure to arrive at Globe Airport Parking at least 30 minutes before the time you want to be at your airport terminal. Airlines recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours before your flight, so plan your parking arrival accordingly.

Special Conditions
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
