January 27, 2017. We were pleased with this company- the price was good, we parked for 5 days outdoors with no problem. The staff were friendly and informative. On the way to the airport the shuttle was right there, so no wait. And on the return, we phoned the office and were picked up 10 minutes later. Would definitely use this service again.

At departure, nobody was at the parking lot. Had to wait 20 minutes for an employee to show up At arrival, I had to wait almost 1 hour for pick up Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the hotel's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.
