Upon arrival, please check in with the hotel front desk and complete any required paperwork before parking your vehicle. The front desk will provide a parking pass, which must be clearly displayed on your dashboard at all times. Please arrive at the hotel at least 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, after filling out the required paperwork request shuttle from the front desk.
Return
After collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated hotel shuttle pickup area at the airport. Follow airport signage for Hotel Shuttles and call 502-579-0053 to request your return pickup. Please note that shuttle service operates until 11:00 PM.
