Shuttle Hours: Arrival Transfer For any bookings made outside of normal shuttle hours, guests must arrange their own ground transportation to and from the airport via a rideshare service (Uber/Lyft). Return You will need to provide the shuttle service with your first name, your current terminal number, and the hotel you are traveling to. \Please proceed to Departures on the second level and look for the red sign that reads "Hotel and Private Parking Shuttles" to await pickup.
Upon your arrival, please scan the QR code located around the property and visit the front desk to obtain validation so your vehicle is properly documented in the system.
Shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 12:30 AM (last call), with the hotel located just 3 to 4 minutes from LAX. Please note that due to high traffic volumes at certain hours, shuttle pickup times can be delayed and wait times may vary.
