Whether you are staying overnight at the hotel or simply parking before your flight out of MSP, you can expect helpful staff, excellent facilities, and the quality associated with a well-known brand name.
To ensure a smooth trip, please note that permits are required for all vehicles. Each reservation is valid for one parking space only, and permits must remain valid through your scheduled return date.

Shuttle Hours: Arrival Transfer Return • Exit the building, cross the street, and proceed to the Hotel Shuttle Pickup area on the other side. Airlines suggest arriving at the airport two hours before your flight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking location prior to this two-hour window. During busy peak times, such as the early morning and early evening, please plan to arrive early.
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to obtain your parking permit and validation code. To avoid being double-charged, please do not pay for parking directly on-site, even if you receive a text message asking you to do so.
Shuttle runs from 3:30 AM to 1:30 AM daily, departing every 30 minutes starting at the top of the hour. Please note that there is no shuttle service available between 1:30 AM and 3:30 AM.
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 952-243-5598 once you arrive at the designated pickup spots to request the shuttle.
If you are arriving at Terminal 1;
• Please follow the signs from baggage claim for Ground Transportation.
• Proceed down the escalator, through a small hallway, and then back up the escalator to reach the Hotel Shuttle Pickup area.
• You can wait inside the indoor waiting area, where you will be able to see the Hyatt Regency Bloomington hotel shuttle arrive.
•Please text 952-243-5598 once you arrive at this designated pickup spot to request service.
If you are arriving at Terminal 2;
• Please follow the signs from baggage claim for Ground Transportation.
• There is an indoor waiting area available where you can safely watch for the Hyatt Regency Bloomington hotel shuttle to arrive.
