The Orangewood Inn & Suites Hotel previously the Surestay hotel is a great parking option in MCI Airport. We are located 2 miles away from the airport. Your parking reservation includes a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and back from the airport to the hotel.
When you arrive to the hotel: Please plan on arriving 20 minutes before the time that you want to depart the hotel. PRIOR TO PARKING: please proceed to the Front desk for check-in. You will need to present your confirmation receipt to the front desk clerk and they will give you instructions on where to park and they will provide you with a hotel issued parking pass.
***IMPORTANT: Please note: the hotel will only require for you to present the confirmation receipt at the front desk. You do not need to print and display the parking pass provided by Book2park. The hotel will provide their own parking pass for you to display after you have checked in at the front desk***
Upon your return: After your have picked up your luggage please call the hotel at :816-464-2423 for shuttle pickup. You will need to wait for the shuttle where all hotels shuttles pickup at the airport. Additional trips to or from airport other than the 1 drop off and 1 pick up included in parking price there will be a $10.00 surcharge collected at front desk. (Examples: forgetting something in car, flight cancellations, etc...)
