The complimentary shuttle to O’Hare Airport operates daily from 5:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with departures from the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. The final shuttle to the airport leaves at 9:30 PM.

Return shuttles from O’Hare operate until 10:00 PM, with pickups at Terminal 2, lower level, Arrivals door 2C. No need to call the hotel—just head to the pickup point. Shuttles typically arrive at the airport around :20 and :50 past the hour, though times may vary based on traffic or weather conditions.

Guests parking outside of shuttle hours are welcome to do so but must arrange and cover the cost of alternate transportation (e.g., Uber or Lyft).
