Upon your arrival, please park in the spaces marked "check in parking" and proceed to the customer service center. A Pride staff member will gladly assist you by transferring your luggage from your vehicle to the shuttle van.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours pre-flight, so please be sure to arrive at the parking location prior to this 2-hour window.
Transfer
Shuttle runs 24 hours a day on demand to and from the airport. Complimentary shuttle transportation is available for up to 4 passengers per vehicle.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 847-678-1234 to request your shuttle service.

All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)

I booked through a 3rd party which is why it was difficult to locate the lot, which isn't the fault of Pride Parking. Agent Cole at Pride Parking was EXCEPTIONAL, he reassured me that he would straighten out my reservation and that I had nothing to worry about while on my family vacation. Both driver to and from the airport were verify cordial, helpful and polite. I will remember this location next time I need parking near the airport.
