Arrival
1. Upon arrival, enter off Mannheim Road, park in the 20-minutes area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information.
2. Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number prior check-in.
3. Once you have the parking tag, please hang the tag on the rearview mirror and park your car in the north lot directly next to Allstate arena (Do not park on Allstate arena property as you will be towed)
If the tag is not displaced or if your vehicle is not parked in the designated parking lot, vehicles will be towed on the owner’s expense.
4. Proceed to board the shuttle at the front door canopy of the hotel.
Please allow an additional 20 minutes to park your vehicle and 30-40 minutes for the complimentary shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Sunday, departing every 40 minutes. Please sign up for the shuttle service with the hotel front desk hosts when checking in.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the designated pickup location for your flight.
• For domestic flights, pickup is located at Terminal 2, Lower Level/Arrivals Door #2C in the middle lane (limo/shuttle lane).
• For international flights, pickup is located at Terminal 5, Door #5E.

To maintain an orderly parking environment, all parked vehicles must display a valid parking tag. Unauthorized vehicles, as well as those with expired tags, are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Parking extensions are not permitted without prior approval from the parking manager. Additionally, third-party services making reservations for customers must obtain approval from the property manager to prevent vehicles with expired tags from being towed without notice.
Special Conditions
This facility can only accommodate regular-sized cars and SUVs. Any type of trucks or buses will not be allowed to park on the Hyatt Place O'Hare lot.
All reservations cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the parking reservation arrival date. Cancellations can be made prior to the 24-hour window by signing into your account and cancelling any current reservation. Book2park.com applies a 10% cancellation fee to the amount paid for any cancellations. No cancellations will be provided after your reservation date has passed or on the day of your reservation. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
