Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk to complete a liability waiver and receive your parking pass. During check-in, the front desk will call the shuttle so it is ready for you as soon as your paperwork is complete.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 4:20 AM to 12:00 PM daily, with departures every 20 minutes, and the last shuttle leaves at 11:45 PM.
Guests must book their shuttle at least one hour in advance by calling the front desk at 615-391-3919.
Please plan to arrive at the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early, as shuttles depart on time. Please note that the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.

After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 615-391-3919 to request your pickup.

No refunds will be given for unused or partially used reservations. If your stay extends beyond your reservation dates and times, you may be charged for any additional hours or days that were not paid for when you booked your reservation online. No refund will be issued for any overpayment for days not used. (If your vehicle occupied more than one space, you will be charged an additional fee.)
