I had an issue with the shuttle for the particular hotel we parked at, causing me to give an initial review of 1 star. Because of the great response of Book2Park to my review (prompt communication offering to make things right), I am changing my review to 4 stars. I still will not park at the Quality Inn Indianapolis Airport, but I will use another Book2Park facility near the Indianapolis Airport. Kudos on the great customer support from Book2Park!

Cost, proximity to airport and convenience are great! Shuttle van to the airport needs major work as two warning lights on dash were illuminated and seats were torn and in need of replacement. Return trip was in a different vehicle, all appeared to be working properly and was in much better shape and condition.

Everything went very well, except they were a little delayed on getting me to airport once i arrived at the hotel. Way home from airport was quick and easy and friendly. Lot was good, and safe. Cost was FANTASTIC compared to other surrounding hotels for park and fly.
