I've used this same location once before and was pleased. Very nice desk staff at the hotel in the very early morning! Everything was smooth!

Excellent customer service, shuttle buses on time. 5 minutes to O'Hare. I highly recommend this place

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful at 5am! I appreciated the email regarding extending which I almost needed due to s late flight. Shuttle drivers were friendly also. Instructions from book2park were spot on.

All good. Holiday was in the middle of paving their lot PIA but short term problem. Everyone very pleasant. Make it clearer you have to park in garage, On 3rd or 4th floor. In Holiday Inn area But not in holiday Inn reserved area. Apparently you are trying to streamlining check in. Still had to get parking pass from desk and put it in car on rear view mirror. Would be nice/quicker if you emailed pass and a document to give to front desk and then simply get on shuttle. Again people very nice. Nice location. Convenient location, Quick to airport, Clean, Nice, Secure and Safe Structure. Good experience..not bitching but a couple suggestions. BRN
