The parking spot was very nice & convenient However, the driver was late to pick up from the airport & he dropped us very far from the car. It was raining, we had a big baggage plus a toddler .. so u can picture why I am rating my experience 2/5 There is room for improvement guys

Park here recently for trip from the Philadelphia Airport. The shuttle service persons were very helpful and very prompt. The women answering the phone for my shuttle pickup after our return 5/8 was a little rude and short. I always figure most businesses have a few that aren't people persons and wouldn't bother me!
