The staff members were polite and helpful. While waiting for the shuttle van I was able to use the washroom. Upon return to the port at the end of our cruise I called the 1-800 number that I had been given and was told that the shuttle van would be arriving in 7 mins. It arrived in 6 mins. The driver was pleasant and polite and drove us to the location downtown where my truck had already been delivered to. The service was excellent and very efficient. Well done!
