Once you park your vehicle, please display a printed confirmation on your dashboard, and there's no need to stop at the check-in counterâ€”simply wait for the shuttle, which arrives every 30 minutes.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early prior to the time you'd like to use the shuttle.

Shuttle service available from ground transportation area from the airport. Our shuttle is a white van labeled "Gateway Hotel" on front top and operates every 30 minutes for the convenience of our customers.

If you're having any trouble locating the shuttle, please call 734-729-9000.

For parties larger than 4 or with extra luggage we ask that the guests call the day Prior to arrival to be put on the Shuttle List.

Parking Instructions for customers: It is required to arrive 15 minutes prior to your shuttle departure to park your vehicle and complete your parking registration. Shuttles drop-offs to the airport are on a fixed schedule once per hour on the top of every hour (i.e. 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm). It is recommended to book the shuttle that's at least 2 hours prior to your flight departure.

Shuttles pick-ups from the airport are on an on-call basis. The agent will advise you with an estimated time for pick-up. Please be advised, we may only dispatch a shuttle until you have landed, received your luggage and arrived at ground transportation.
