I park here every time I fly. It's become more busy and I've ended up parking in the back lot which so far hasn't been a problem. Half of this old, old hotel is extended stay housing for a variety of guests and walking from that back lot to the front of the hotel can be a bit unnerving for this single, middle aged woman alone. If you are a woman traveling alone, just stay clear of the parking directly behind the hotel and stick to the parking in the large, semi well lit lot to the right of the hotel if there's not parking in the left lot. If the shuttle isn't busy, ask the driver to drop you at your car AND TIP!! Lot needs repaving and better lighting.

The parking lot was well lit, front desk staff very helpful. The shuttle driver was nice & would always carry my bags & open doors for me. The shuttle isn't the newest, but it's clean & in good repair. Only a 5-10 min drive to terminals. All said & done, great price for this location.

In my confirmation email the instructions state I can print my reservation receipt OR show the receipt on my smartphone. I loathe paper waste so anytime a paperless option is available, I use it. I thoroughly read the instructions I received yet still was forced to print a receipt upon arrival at the hotel. Even after showing the front desk staff person exactly where it says I can show the receipt on my smartphone.
