Our experience was remarkable...especially our trip home. I called the number that was given to me. The driver was professional, kind and funny. He told us to wait inside the airport and he called me once he arrived. His conversation was pleasant, especially since traveling home sometimes can be so stressful. We really enjoyed using Aloft and we will be using this service again. Thanks
