'GREAT CATCH' by Customer Service when I was alerted that I initially booked with a location that does not afford 24/7 shuttle service. My flight was due near midnight; so, the insight was critical since the hotel's shuttle service offered limited hours. The switch to a 24/7 shuttle service saved me from the great inconvenience of having to hire transport from the airport to my parking location.

I always use Book2Park to reserve Doubletree for my BWI airport parking needs which is 3 - 4 times a year at minimum. The shuttle is always on time and the staff is courteous. I definitely recommend Book2Park and Doubletree for parking. I never worry about getting to the airport on time and am about to make my next reservation now for August.
