I use Book2park whenever I travel..I was surprised that it was offered in the BWI area. Using the Doubletree Hotel was very convenient and it had 24hours service. The employees at the desk as well the drivers were very nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in convenience parking.

The shuttle service driver was outstanding. My wife has a problem walking so he helped get into the shuttle. He then parked next to our car and waiting until I moved it to minimize the distance walked by my wife. He also made a very nice commnent as I left: "you take very good care of your wife"

They have 24/7 shuttle and pickup and drop off was very quick. Very close to airport. Parking area seems very safe. Very reasonable price.

My check in to park my car was handled efficiently. The drivers for drop off and pickup were courteous. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because I called after getting my luggage at 9:25 and the rep said the driver was heading out within 3 minutes. I wait until almost 9:45 and it was cold.I waited until 15 minutes past 9:30 and it was cold. I was told upon dropping my car off that pickup was every half hour on the hour.
