Check in and getting to the airport was easy and fine. When we landed (instructions were to call to be picked up at the airport when we returned) we started calling the hotel to schedule our pickup and the phone would just ring and ring. We spent an hour trying to get in touch with the hotel (including calling corporate and having them call the hotel and having them send an administrative email that went to all managers) before giving up and paying for a taxi to get back to the car. So not only were we getting home an hour later than planned, we had to pay for a taxi to get our car when that was supposed to be included in our cost we paid (the entire reason we used your service) Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the Comfort inn's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always provided in time and avoid this from happening again.

Easy to book online and find parking lot. Nothing special, just large lot connected to hotel, no secure section (fencing, etc) - possibly had cameras but unsure. Easy to obtain shuttle to airport. Nice enough attendants. Van seats were very stained, looked dirty and a/c did not work during summer. On return from airport, driver waited for us (as we were at wrong pick-up spot - our fault). Drivers helped load luggage both going and returning. Would use service again.

My arrival to check in and drop my vehicle and get to the airport went very smoothly. My departure was a different story. I was disappointed that it took three phone calls and 54 minutes to be picked up from the airport during which time I was waiting outside in very hot temperatures (97 degrees)...and when the shuttle finally arrived, the air-conditioning was not working! I realize things break-down from time to time - but it was a disappointing way to end my trip. The hotel desk staff and the drivers were all kind and helpful. We have contacted the Hotel's upper management ato ensure action is taken to avoid this from happening again.
