I have used this hotel for my parking in the past and have been very satisfied. However, it too more than 45 min from the time of my pick up request for the shuttle van to arrive at IAD. After calling several times, the desk attributed it to traffic. But there was no apparent traffic on the roads as we drove back to the hotel and it seemed that the desk did not know where the van was.

Fix the air conditioning on the bus. It was broken on both trips. Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review and letting us know how your experience was. We will be communicating with the lots's upper management to ensure that their shuttle is always in good condition and avoid this from happening again.

Easy to book online and find parking lot. Nothing special, just large lot connected to hotel, no secure section (fencing, etc) - possibly had cameras but unsure. Easy to obtain shuttle to airport. Nice enough attendants. Van seats were very stained, looked dirty and a/c did not work during summer. On return from airport, driver waited for us (as we were at wrong pick-up spot - our fault). Drivers helped load luggage both going and returning. Would use service again.

If you are looking for inexpensive long-term (multi-day) parking when flying out of Dulles, Book2Park.com might work. The Comfort Inn in Sterling is only a few minutes away by shuttle that the hotel provides at no extra charge, and calling the provided number to get picked up at Dulles to return to your car is pretty efficient. It is an outdoor lot, and you are warned many times that neither the hotel nor Book2Park.com are responsible for loss of items in your car. I had no issues on that front. In fact, I had a change in itinerary and was able to extend that parking without hassle.
