Loved the service of the website. Drop off was great and easy! The pick-up at the airport was what was lacking for me. I was told to call when my flight arrived. I did just that and was told it would be 15-20 minutes until the shuttle was back at the airport. It didn't show up until approximately 50 minutes later. I called the hotel 3 separate times to ensure I hadn't missed it. They confirmed I did not and that it would be there "shortly"

This place is quite close to the airport, so very convenient. Price is also good. However, the reception desk personnel are not very personable. Almost felt as if I was a bother. Also during pick-up at the airport, had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a "personal pickup"

Shuttle was super timely and car was safe and sound after a 10 day trip. One concern, when we dropped the car we went to the front desk to ask if we need a sign for the car to stick on the dashboard or if she wants our license plate number. They said nope, nothing so we were a bit concerned that our car would be towed but it wasn't. I guess they just don't check who is parking in their lot?

This parking site was convenient and cost effective. The shuttle bus from the airport back to the hotel was prompt. Unfortunately, it was a bit less reliable going from the hotel to the airport initially. It was supposed to leave every 30 mins on the half hour and the hour, but was about 20 minutes late. So just allow plenty of time to get to the airport.

I love using this service. I would like to recommend that each hotel give the user (me) a business card with the telephone number to call upon return. This last time I used Siri and got the wrong hotel, the wrong shuttle came, and I was exasperated. My own fault, but a business card would have solved the problem. Also, this last time the lot I parked on was unpaved and when I came home my car was covered with dirt and mud from the rain.

Separate parking area away from the hotel. Only one small van, while getting to the airport went well and was immediate, getting picked up took 30 minutes. Two Marriot vans came in the 30 minutes. I will likely pick a hotel with more vans in the future.

At first I was hesitant to sign up for a parking situation such as this because it was somewhat disconcerting to arrange it online. I have to admit, though, that the experience turned out to be more than agreeable! Initially when my server couldn't keep up, I immediately received online help, and a confirmation number. The directions were clear, and there was ample parking in a paved area. The representative at the front desk was very kind, reassuring, and helpful. She informed me about the location of the parking area, the waiting area, and where the shuttle pick-up point was to be. The shuttle driver arrived on time, was courteous, and got me to the airport in about 5 minutes!! Then, a week later when I returned for my car, there it was, unharmed and right where I left it! Thanks very much!
