Going from the Motel to the Airport was EXCELLENT! When returning to the Airport, I was lead to believe that the motel Shuttle ran every 15 or 30 minutes, BUT after waiting for 45 minutes, I called the Motel & they sent a Shuttle immediately. A mistake that I will not make again -- I will call for the Shuttle as soon as I arrive. Thanks for your Service.

My biggest problem was getting all the information I needed prior to arriving at the parking lot/motel. I thought I had everything but the website was either slow or my connection slow and I missed out on the second piece of information. Fortunately, when I arrived at the lot/motel, I was able to call customer service and my scheduled parking was emailed to me at that time. The person on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Booking was easy, the hotel staff was friendly and the shuttle runs to Dulles were timely. I only gave a 4 instead of a five because the lot is not very big, making it difficult to support both hotel stayers and people just parking. There should probably be a better mechanism to determine when the spaces are limited or the lot is full before allowing someone to book online. Otherwise, on complaints.

The parking is low cost and needed. The return pickup went sideways when there were two different shuttles labeled Comfort Inn Dulles serving respective lots. We hopped on one in knowing that it was not the one to the CI Gateway/. The driver's language skills were not good and we misunderstood his questions to us. But he returned us to the correct lot.
