It is important to note that they only drop to airport on the hour, like 7pm or 8pm or 9pm, ... So be sure to arrive to Comfort Suites by 15 minutes before the hour at the latest. Also, the phone rang and rang for 15 minutes before anybody picked up around 7pm for the shuttle to come. Maybe they were having dinner or a rush of checkins, but somebody still needs to manage the front desk and shuttle.

The Comfort Inn and Suites is a great place to leave your car while traveling. The price can't be beaten, and the proximity to the airport makes this a very convenient location. The shuttle is not clearly marked, which is the only drawback. The van is clean and comfortable, though, and the drivers are helpful and pleasant. The parking is outside, so that is something to be aware of, but this seems like a safe location. We've parked here twice now for overseas travels, and we have been pleased both times.

Very competitve price. On the way out everything was smooth. On the way back there was a misunderstanding about the ground level pick-up that in the loud environment of the airport I understood being 2A while it was 2H instead and I was standing out in the cold for nearly one hour as at the hotel they wouldn't pick up the phone for 20 minutes. The driver was extremely nice though. Suggestion: since the pick-up location is always the same (according to the driver) INDICATE 2H pick-up point directly on the reservation in order to avoid awkward misunderstanding and time wasting.

Overall good experience. Outgoing, the shuttle was 20 mins late (due to construct) so another couple waiting called Uber. But our incoming shuttle arrived in 10 mins and took us straight to our car - no checkin. So we were happy with the service and price.

I was very pleased with the service and conditions of Comfort Inn Suites. Delivery to the airport was great. It is a bit of a challenge to figure out where to meet the shuttle when returning home - the directions given from the hotel when I called for pick up were insufficient to easily get to the pick up spot. Overall, a good service.
