Comfort Suites Chantilly was the best long term lot we have used for IAD. There was no wait for a shuttle to the airport and more importantly they were very prompt coming over to the airport to get us on our return. The shuttle driver was very personable and friendly. Definitely recommend and will use again.

convenient, safe, easy to use, friendly driver; better driving directions would help, my gps had me going in circles and when i called the hotel they gave me directions as if i were coming the other direction, its a confusing area for those not from there.
