Great way to save money on parking at IAD. Worked out very well for me on a two week trip. You show the reservation sheet at the front desk, pick up a rear view mirror tag, and park your car on the side or back. When you return, just get the car and go. Shuttle runs every half hour during much of day and every hour during late night. Upon return, call them to confirm the shuttle is coming. Double check these details with the hotel before booking.

At drop-off, hotel front-desk was very helpful, polite. Entire drop-off process took less than 5 minutes. I was provided a valet parking permit (which shall be hang on the rear-view mirror), and instructed to park on any available parking spaces on the side of the hotel. Parking lot is well-lit, secure. Shuttle bus to IAD airport: bus came in front of the hotel lobby right on scheduled time. On return flight back to IAD, my flight arrived around 1:00am. Aftar claimming checked baggages, I immediately called hotel front-desk to inform that I was ready for pickup at arrival station 2H. The receptionist politely replied and dispatched the shuttle. Roughly 15 minutes later, the shuttle arrived. Overall: Excellent service with reasonable rate! Strongly recommended.

I must say I was skeptical at first about parking away from the airport. However, the Doubletree was convenient and the shuttle was on time for our departure from the hotel and pick up from the airport. The parking lot was spacious and well lit. I was highly satisfied with my service and will be using them again in the future.

Quick check-in, friendly staff and driver, shuttle was prompt for the ride to the airport. We were dropped off at airline and our bags were set on curve for us. On the return trip, we just missed the shuttle but there was another one there within 20 mins. We highly recommend this service and we will definitely use it again.
