I appreciated the extra attention I received when I returned home on a late night flight. The driver was quick to pick me up and was kind enough to drive me to my car in the lot so I wouldn't have to walk in the dark by myself. As a woman travelling alone I really appreciated the extra service. He even put my suitcases in my car. Great service. I will use Book to Park again.

They made my trip to the airport simple & so convenient. I paid online, showed up, & was dropped right in front of Dulles. Easy peasy. I didn't wait more than five minutes when I was departing & also on my return. I would definitely recommend & appreciate how affordable it is.

This was overall a great experience: it was quick and easy, and saved a lot of money. The hotel made the process very simple, we just parked in the back, kept our keys, and got right onto the shuttle. The only problem was that the shuttle back from the airport was running late, and we waited about 20 minutes outside in the cold.

I am so happy to have discovered book2park.com! I always park at the airport but I had to go away for 2 weeks and I did not want to pay airport parking fees. I parked at the Double Tree Hotel by Dulles Airport. It was easy to find and check in at the desk was quick and easy. Shuttle to and from the airport was right on time. The drivers were professional and courteous, they also helped me with my bags. For the price I paid, I couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this parking option!

First, let me tell you that the customer service at Book2park.com is absolutely stellar and fast!! I made the mistake of booking the wrong lot and choosing one whose shuttle didn't operate after hours. I realized it last minute day of and shot them an email of my boo boo. Within the hour, they took care of everything and booked me a new lot without me having to whip back out my credit card.. And let me tell you, it pays to be a returning customer! Now to review the lot.. It is a little further out from IAD, but they pick up every thirty minutes and through after hours which really is a plus. Shuttle after midnight was a little late but came within the time frame i was given after the call was made. Hotel staff was super nice and would definitely book again!!
