The phone staff for booking and the hotel staff upon arrival were very nice and answered all of our questions. We arrived a bit early for the shuttle to allow time for parking and were welcomed to sit in the lobby. The drivers were friendly and helped us with our baggage. We called when we got to baggage claim and were told the driver would be there in 10 minutes and that he would be alerted to our arrival. The timing was perfect for us. We would definitely use your services again!

It's really a 4.5 rating out of 5. On the way in, I arrived just as the shuttle was standing in front of the hotel and loading passengers, and the driver was kind enough to wait for me to park my car and fill out the paperwork before I boarded the bus. Additional people boarded the bus after me and we left at 1:30pm. On the way out however, the shuttle was already on its way to Rt 28 from the airport around 4;45pm, when the driver received a phone call and was instructed to drive back to the airport to pick up a plane crew, which was late for the pickup. The crew said they had seen the shuttle leave, but they did not make it. Driving back for the extra pickup inconvenienced everyone who was already on the shuttle. It added15 minutes of time to the whole trip.

We used book2park.com when traveling to Fiji in Oct. of 2014 for 15 days. Finding a parking spot for over 2 weeks was difficult, but Doubletree by Hilton stepped up and provided us an excellent price and hassle-free service. The shuttle was prompt for both delivery and pick-up, really took the worry out of a dream vacation.

Perfect. We arrived and parked out car. Our luggage was put into the van for us and we were taken to the airport within a short period of time. On arrival back, I called to find out where we report for pickup. Within 15 minutes, the van arrived and we were taken back to our car. No hassle. Very pleasant experience.

When flying out of Washington Dulles, we always use the DoubleTree by Hilton Dulles airport parking because we know we will receive a friendly greeting when we walk in the lobby, an on time shuttle van with a pleasant, helpful driver, and a quick dependable ride to the airport. Pick-up when we return is always dependable 24 hour service. My husband and I are usually the only ones on the shuttle so we feel special. We usually get the return ride right to our car in the far end of the parking lot. Now that is great service! Would highly recommend this hotel's Book2Park.
