Great service, but READ READ the instructions I made the mistake of not reading clearly for Dulles international. The hotel was wonderful and held the shuttle until I got to the right location on the ground level. I would highly recommend using this service. Catherine

Overall it was a very good experience using Doubletree for parking. The only issue we had was on the way back it took an hour to get a van and it was not marked Doubletree, It was Hilton Garden Inn, but he took us to our car most graciously. Would definitely use again@!

It would be helpful if the ground shuttle clearly indicated the hotel. I believe ours had some combination of Holiday Inn, Hilton, DoubleTree, etc. I feel sorry for the drivers, who have to repeatedly explain which hotel it is to the customers.

Decent service for the cost and nice clear directions. I think the extra fees are a little high than the advertised price. Hotel shuttle takes guests to the mall and other places. Plus, it's a 10-15 minute ride to IAD. So, be early enough. I ended taking Uber to the airport for fear I'd miss my flight while shuttle driver was taking some guests to dinner. Dear Mr. Mayerhofer, thank you for your review. Each parking location provides us the shuttle service setup and the shuttle drives are provided on time as scheduled and stated on the website always. We look forward to serving you.

Easy registration, helpful hotel staff Shuttle was excellent from hotel to airport, but on our return we called and indicated our arrival at the pick up,location as indicate on the emailed instructions only to be told hat the shuttle runs every thirty minutes....and then we waited over a hour in the rain
