Overall parking experience was good. My flight landed around 8:20 PM and clearing through Immigration lasted almost 2 hrs due to staffing issues and over crowded lines. Other shuttles were still outside around 10:15 PM but yours ends at 10 PM. I had to pay cab fare of $23.58 to get my car which has me reconsidering other options.

Book 2 Park was great. I love that you followed up to see if we wanted to extend our reservation. Our flight came in later than expected and was delayed so this was great piece of mind. My complaint is the shuttle at the Doubletree by Hilton. The shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes. We had to call twice, the first time we were hung up on, and waited an hour. We were about to take a cab, when the shuttle finally showed.

Good value. Easy check in. About a 15 minute shuttle ride to the airport. On our return, we must have missed the 2:30pm shuttle, because the next one didn't arrive until about 3:15 pm. We weren't in a hurry and the weather was nice, but the 45 minute wait would have been pretty unpleasant otherwise.
