Most of my experience was good. Everything went OK on the outbound experience from checking in and parking to the trip to the airport. However, on the return, we waited outside for an hour for our pickup at the airport. During that time we made three separate calls to the office. The driver said he was not informed until the last call and knew nothing of the first two. He also said there is only one van and driver for transport both to and from the airport which caused some part of the delay when he did come. I see this lack of transport resources and poor performance by the dispatching staff as potential problems in the future. I will give it one more try, although my wife says she has had enough (similar pickup problem, although not as severe, on an earlier trip.)

We were very pleased with our experience. Everyone from your desk staff and your drivers were very friendly. When we called for the van from PHL, it was there in no time. Thank you. P.S. It would be helpful if you could adjust your GPS address. Using your addresss, our GPS sent us to a location up the street. We went further down Governor Printz Boulevard to turn around when we saw the Comfort Inn.

Service was very good. It says the shuttle runs on the half hour. That was the only thing that concerned me, but we arrived exactly at 3 so shuttle was waiting. Just wonder if there's only one shuttle and if you arrive after the shuttle leaves do you have to wait until that one shuttle returns?

Overall we were very pleased with the parking experience we had with Quality Inn PHL. The trip out was a little delayed at the hotel, but we did have 8 people with lots of luggage. The driver was excellent and enjoyed the trip to the airport. Had a little trouble getting both vehicles parked, but we found a spot way in the back. The trip home was a good for timing, but the driver seemed to have had a long day. No personality or discussion of any type. But we found both vehicles safe and in great shape.

Very close to airport. Staff was very friendly even at 3:45 in the morning. Only compliant was I had to park next to rooms that were being renovated at the hotel and car was covered with construction dust. I will use this parking facility again.
