After being stuck in traffic on the highway for an excessive amount of time, missing the turn to the hotel and then sitting at a red light for 10 minutes, I almost missed the shuttle. The attendant helped me unload my luggage and load it onto the shuttle while I parked the vehicle and the driver agreed to wait. How wonderful!!!! I might have missed my plane otherwise.

Excellent parking place--hotel attendants helpful. Inside which is nice in the winter---seemed exceptionally safe. Only thing that you have to be very careful about is the shuttle time. It only goes once an hour and it leaves right on the dot of 45 min. after the hour. Need to be on and in your seat 5 min. early. We planned to be there at 1:30 but got held up in traffic and arrived at 1:45 as it was pulling out. Had to wait an hour which was all right because we had allowed plenty of time at the airport. Otherwise we would have needed a taxi. They do not pick you up on demand---just before the hour which is the time they arrive to drop off people, so you might have to wait up to an hour.

I have used Book2Park before and I recommend it 100%. It is a lot cheaper than airport parking, even the long-term lots. Besides, waiting for the hotel shuttle at the lobby is much better than having to walk to the area pick up for the airport transportation. I used Hyatt in Reston and they have covered parking.
