this was easy and painless. we arrived at the aiport and called to let the service know we had landed... we grabbed our bags and walked to the curb and the van was there within 5 minutes. the driver was very helpful. I would do this again next time i travel.

Love using book2park! It's always a great option and this round was very easy. The Westin had a regular flow of shuttles, and one was even waiting at the curb when we got back to BWI, so we had NO wait time on our return trip. I'll definitely book at the Westin for future BWI flights.
