Great experience!!! We had one issue though. During the days we were gone our vehicle must have been parked on or near an ant hill. We had big red ants all over the inside of the passenger front wheel well. There were a ton of ants inside the wheel well approximately well over 100 ants. That was not a pleasant experience.

Parking the car was easy for me as a repeat customer whose info was already in the computer. Picking up the car was supposed to be streamlined by texting Omni my receipt number after I picked up my luggage; however, because of apparent under-staffing, my car was not ready 25 min after I texted. Nonetheless, a good value overall.

It was the best experience I've had in parking. Van was better than before and valet experience was great. Only negative was I called 3 times and got discounted all 3 times. I couldn't understand the recording. The van pulled up about 5 minutes after I got my luggage so it ended up great
