This was our second time using Book2Park, and we used this same location to park my car for a trip out of town. We again are very satisfied, our car was in one piece with no damage and the staff was very nice. We plan on using them again for more trips in the future. Thank you!

You system is a little different than the other hotel parking I have used - quite awkward actually. The hotel was very easy to find, a big plus and the driver was just excellent, very personable and helpful. The issue is with the "parking attendant" who could have been a good deal better. He saw me get off the van, go to my car with the driver and then did not bother leaving his conversation buddy out front to come to the gate. The gate notice said to insert my ticket, which I did and was told I owed $240. I went and got him and told him I had prepaid and he gives me this lecture about reading the info. We were actually yelling at each other for awhile which is really not acceptable. He needs to understand that sometimes travelers have encountered enormous amounts of sleep deprivation and stress, and be a little more understanding. At that point I had been up for about 30 hours and had endured a screaming child for most of a 5 hour flight. The ratings below: the 1 for attendant service is for this guy. The driver gets ATLEAST a 5. Thank you Book2park response: Thank you for the time spent on writing your review. We have communicated with the hotel's upper management to ensure good customer service is always provided to avoid this from happening again.

The whole process was so easy. All there was to be done is to get the ticket from the machine at the parking lot gate, park your car in any available spot, and wait for the shuttle to the airport. The email confirmation you receive gives you all the instructions you need and the number you can call for shuttle update status. I called the number for the shuttle arrival and were very clear on what is stated on the shuttle (since there are many shuttles with similar names such as Holiday Inn but different Hotel names). The Driver recognized us from our departure and was great company. Once we returned to our car pick-up location, you will just need to show your email confirmation or print-out and they will validate the ticket from the gate. I would definitely use Book2Park again - thank you for the great experience!
