Beware if coming from out of town for a later flight!!!! One of the reasons that I booked here was because they had a 24-hour shuttle and I was leaving on an evening flight. The shuttle is supposed to leave every 40 minutes. I was driving in from out of town. About 90 minutes out @ 6:30 p.m. I called and asked when the shuttle leaves around 8:00. The girl said at 8:10 and then at 8:50. I said that I will be there around 8:00. I arrived at 7:50 and went in the lobby to fill out my paperwork and wait for the 8:10 shuttle. A shuttle came a little after 8:10 and I went to get on. The driver said that shuttle was only dropping off and the clerk has to call for a pick-up shuttle. I went back inside and asked why I couldn't take that one. She said that even though they are "scheduled", after 4 pm they have to call first. No one ever told me this. I was in the lobby for 15 minutes right in front of her, waiting for a non-existent ride! She called and I finally got picked up around 8:40. Why did she not at least call when I got there. In there defense, their little sign at the desk, does say they have to call ahead after 4 pm, however, it is at the bottom of the sign below the pick-up times. This should also be stated on this web site. Also, this shuttle picks up for numerous hotels in the area. Sitting a seat towards the front, I could see the low tire-pressure light glowing on the dashboard and it kind of made me nervous.

Very satisfied with our first experience with Book2park. We found the hotel and the parking area was very secure. Checking in at the front desk of the hotel went very smoothly and took only a few minutes to register the car with the hotel. Shuttle to the airport arrived within 15 minutes and dropped us off to the terminal. Upon returning to the airport after our trip, the shuttle arrived in about 20 minutes, not bad at all and took us back to the hotel. Overall, very good experience and we will be using Book2park again on future trips.

A much better experience this time! The shuttle pick-up was about 30 minutes earlier than I expected. When the very professional driver arrived he told me he had been waiting for me at a different location (as it turned out, I was in the wrong spot), then he drove slowly forward to the next spot, where I was, just to make sure he didn't leave me behind. Very considerate! Two Thumbs Up!!

So so so MUCH smoother airport parking experience compared to our experiences with DFW Airport Hotel and Conf Center south of airport. Motel 6 DFW North van, drivers, schedule, drop off and pick very timely, organized and a positive experience. The only negative about Motel 6 is that there is no reception area bathroom while you wait for van pickup.
