Over all were very good. The lot attended seemed not so oriented with the pre-pay parking while returning but she was okay. No problems. The Bus drivers were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely park again at this place. The parking lot that we were in was not paved but it was very close to the gate.

I found Econopark Express BWI easily. The attendant told me where to park, & the bus was there within a minute. The driver helped carry my bag. I told him I had never used this service before, so he made sure I knew where to go when I returned from my trip. When I returned, the bus was right where he said it would be. The driver helped each of us(he had a full bus)to get our bags on the bus, we were offered a bottle of water, & dropped off at our cars. For future reference: I didn't know ahead of time, but I could have given the driver a tip.
