We were satisfied with our parking arrangements. The fees were very good. With the parking on a hotel lot we felt the vehicle was in good hands. However, with parking on a lower level, I am not sure if the vehicle was watched regularly. I do realize that hotel guests do come first. I would use this facility again.

The receptionist bent over backwards to assist me when my memory failed and I forgot to lock my car. I called Microtel from the airport. Of course, I was frantic when I remembered that I had failed to lock my truck. Akira, host at the front desk, said she had me covered then braved the driving rain to find my car to secure my locks. I was able to continue on my way without having to back track to deal with that unfortunate mistake. Microtel is blessed to have agents like Akira that support visitors with such excellent customer service.

Great experience. Including a free breakfast while you await the next shuttle is great. Driver was prompt and courteous and delivered me to BWI with no problems. After receiving my luggage upon my return, I called and the van arrived in about 30 minutes. It was raining and many flights were delayed and traffic around the airport was heavy, this might account for the delay. The vans are high, and the use of the step stool neatly stored in the back of the van would have been appreciated after a cross country flight. In general, it is still a good bang for the buck@

My own fault, I gave the reservation confirmation to the desk clerk at Microtel and did not ask for it back. Therefore, upon my return, I did not have the phone number to call for pick up. I thought they made the rounds every 30 min, but I now know better. You must call for pick up.
