It was another seamless and flawless experience. The van left as soon as we got checked in and the car parked. It was only about 10 minutes after calling the hotel when we returned that the van picked us up. The driver was very courteous. This time the van was well-marked with the name of the hotel.

Microtel worked out extremely well for us. Easy to find, we pulled up, went inside and desk attendant called van driver who pulled in about 5 minutes later. Took us to Southwest Terminal at BWI to catch our plane. Driver helped with our baggage and was very courteous. Upon return we followed directions and called Microtel after we had collected our luggage. The driver was at the pick up point in less than 10 minutes. He was courteous, good driver and helped with our luggage. Drove us right up to our car and put the luggage in the trunk. Excellent service! Of course a great deal also. We will use again.
