The emailed directions were very complete. They included procedures for both dropping off my car and returning to my car. They also included contact numbers if I had any problems with connecting with a shuttle, etc. The shuttle service was excellent, and it was on schedule for my trip to and from the airport, and the drivers were both helpful and polite. I was pleased that it was a covered lot, and that it was constantly attended. I will definitely use this service again if I fly out of Dulles Airport.

I am glad one of my colleagues told me about book2park. It has reasonable pricing and lists accessible lots near the airport. The person who was taking care at the lot (Kohls Garage near IAD) has been very courteous and understanding I have already recommended it to several others
