Was very pleased with my experience. Found the hotel very easily, went to the desk as noted in the reservation. Signed in and parked my car in the designated area. Shuttle driver showed up and was delivered to the airport. When I came back, I called to let them know I was ready to be picked up and the driver showed up about 10 min. later. Very happy with their service.

Very satisfied with the experience. Short form to fill out at the property and a brief wait for the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately my arrival flight was a late night flight which was to arrive after the shuttle stopped running (11:00 pm) and the flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours in ATL. But thanks to (Fredrick) an airport employee I flagged down at the airport, took me to my truck, well outside of his job description. Thanks again Fredrick......

Good overall experience. Shuttle was fast and on time. Arrived to pick us up within 10 minutes of calling. Shuttle van was pretty bad, broken windshield and no air conditioning. It was tolerable for the short ride from the airport, but I felt bad for the drivers having to spend all day in the heat. Also, be careful using Google maps. It tried to send us in another direction when we could clearly see the Ramada from the exit.
