Overall I was really happy! The man who shuttled me had a great personality which was calming as I had started my trip feeling stressed not due to the parking service at all. The women at the front desk was very kind as well; most of all, my car was as I left it, no scratches or dents and the speed and ease at which I was dropped off and picked up went smoothly. Although it wasn't there responsiblity, a brand new bottle of carpet cleaner that I had left at the front desk fearing it could explode in my car, was lost or taken. I will be extra impressed if they find it and mail it to me.????

Parking was convenient to Hobby Apt.. Hotel desk support was excellent. We had to extend our trip by two weeks and had absolutely no problem extending our reservation with B2P or with the hotel. Have used B2P and Hobby Airport Inn repeatedly and will again.

I did not have to wait when i arrived to be taken to the airport. It was a little bit of a wait upon arrival, but my flight was delayed-so my listed arrival time was an hour off. They could really use a new van, the Hobby airport van is very old/run down. The drivers were nice and personable. The price was affordable.

This experience was much better than my last. I found that the personal was much friendly this go round. I just which they do not smoke in the shuttle van and it they did not smoke, at least have some air freshener, but overall, it was great.
