The people working were great. There was NO SIGN saying what the establishment was. If you don't mind muddy feet it is a good alternative to more expensive parking. Wish the parking lot was paved. We were there on a wet day so we had muddy feet. One didn't feel one was getting ripped off.

Excellent experience with The Parking Mall. Beautiful location. Makes you in the mood to go on vacation. Very pleasant and helpful employees. I had a wonderful experience with this company. The only thing is it�s a little hard to find so they need a bigger sign cause on a gps it takes you to the gas station next to it. Other than that I had a awesome experience with the parking and will always park there when I getting on a cruise.

We've used this parking lot twice now with EXCELLENT service each time. It's very convenient to Jax Port and the prices are great. We feel our car is safe which provides peace of mind while we travel. The shuttles are prompt and the drivers are helpful. The only downside is the dirt lot. Our luggage was placed on the ground so we transferred mud onto the seats. Despite this, we still highly recommend!

Drivers were excellent, courteous, and helpful but we waited an hour to be taken across the street. You need more vans and they need to be clearly marked. If we had known the wait would be so long, it would have almost been better to pay more and get to my car and be heading home sooner. The moral of this story is you get what you pay for.

Literally, right across the street from the port entrance. Parked our car and within 15 minutes were checking in at the port terminal. From booking to embarking and debarking, everything went very smoothly. Price was just about 40% less than terminal rate. Have used Book2Park over 10 times and recommend them highly!
